I understand that you are under stress, little time & have a huge number of plan Maybe! But, you want to lose weight to fit into your wedding dress, but it does not fit into ... ... So, what I want to do is just give you some quick and easy things to do to lose weight, so you can look great in your wedding dress!
Step 1: Plan, plan, plan
You probably thought I was crazy .... And yes ... I am, but not today! You see, you plan to go cake testing equipment, clothes, pick colors, invitations, menu items, etc ..... But what you forget to do is plan to use! You say: "I want to lose 20 pounds to fit into my clothes, but do not plan on it!
